The SEAT:CODE is part of the strategy of the SEAT Group to face the challenges of digital transformation in the company. The person will be oriented to guarantee the best financial and forecasting practices of the new SEAT development center. The SEAT:CODE is a new and technology-oriented company. Financial support must be carried out with great criteria and proactivity, so we are looking for people with experience in the sector and in startups.

Your duties include:

• Knowledge of the purchasing order process
• Coordination with Purchasing of the existing contracts and pending orders to be issued
• Track orders and ensure timely delivery
• Issue the “Solicitudes de Compra” for SEAT:Code
• Upon arrival of the invoices, make sure that the accounting of them matches with the invoice
• Assure the release of the supplier invoices
• Analyze the running costs of the company and suggestion of improvements
• Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed
