Principal Activities

• Ensure the development of interior design models in all their design phases from the concept phase to production, assuming responsibility for their execution in quality and time, from model approval to serial production.

Main tasks

• Create and energize creativity through own design proposals or those generated by work teams, strategic design proposals, generation of creative Moods, concept maps, technological innovation proposals.
• Lead and prepare presentations for the company’s decision-making.
• Create the prioritization of teamwork or individual tasks to ensure the fulfillment of the objectives with the highest possible quality.
• Ensure the quality of the design and the technical and economic feasibility of the results of the team’s work, also controlling the constancy of the shape throughout the project, until the production of the model is stabilized.
• Ensure the quality of the comfort, ergonomics and functionality parameters of the models produced.
• Promote the development of the process of design, re-design and modification of models according to the project, evaluating and deciding the alternatives, formalizing the proposals and formulating the necessary corrections. With or without work team.
• Prepare the necessary alternatives and corrections in the approved models, in the D.T.P., (Technical Product Description), Package, Briefing, participating in the control and monitoring meetings of the project.
• Ability to deliver design presentations at internal milestones.
• Ability to make design presentations for press communication or company events.
