This role offers an experienced Spa Leader the opportunity to create, build and then develop a unique business, in what is, an exceptionally stunning resort.
The Spa Leader that we are looking for will require both professionalism and personality, flair and operational function as well as an entrepreneurial spirit and a desire to create the extra ordinary.

Our Leader will measure themselves by the results they achieve financially, via a profitable P&L, but also by making memorable memories for their guests. Building, training and mentoring a successful team, is at the core of all good leadership and we expect our Spa Leader to encourage, motivate and engage their team in the delivery of their spa goals.
•To deliver the Spa and Recreation revenue and profit targets •Be responsible for the accuracy of all Spa and Recreation performance reporting and P&L data •Manage all costs within the business to maximize profit and sales conversion
•Implement and maintain controls and procedures to ensure the highest standards, efficiencies and professional operations are in place •Deliver the recognised Marriott Spa and Recreation journey for all clients •Effectively manage the Spa and Recreation team so that service and effective manning schedules are in place •Creatively enhance the treatment and range of facilities / experiences offered within the Spa and Recreation dept. •Maintain data integrity and optimize electronic stock control systems, point of sale and spa scheduling systems •Log and track all member comments, providing timely responses to all comments and taking action as necessary •Conduct all Marriott Spa and Recreation audits and check lists •Prepare reports and provide performance information Attend all Hotel meetings as required
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Previous senior management role – ideally luxury business
Held business P&L accountability
Experience of managing multi-disciplined teams
